In terms of practicality, ‘Sounds Adventure’ is the ultimate vessel for carrying a large number of passengers economically. Built in New Zealand by renowned Kiwi designer & builder, Jim Carey for Cook Strait conditions. Originally built as the local mail boat, she now operates as a charter launch out of Picton for up to 99 passengers in enclosed waters.

Designed to meet the rigorous demands of a work vessel she has been engineered with durability, performance, and safety in mind. Motive power is by means of 2 x Iveco 9 litre diesels giving a cruise speed of up to 10-12 knots.

Featuring a good-sized cockpit, a large flybridge area, 2 x toilets, and heaps of inside seating, passengers have great visibility in comfort. With a fuel capacity of 2,000 Litres, she is a versatile asset to any company.

‘Sounds Adventure’ is now surplus to requirements as the owners are upsizing their fleet, please call Jan or Gordon for an appointment to view.
