Are you looking for a boat that's built for performance and comfort? Look no further than this Ross 44.

A beautiful ex-racer transformed into New Zealand coastal cruiser.

Originally commissioned for the Kenwood Cup in the 1980s, this boat has a storied history of competing in offshore races, including a Trans-Pacific Race, and even used as a training boat for America's Cup teams.

The master cabin is located port side aft and a second cabin is in the bow. The accommodation is boosted to accommodate 11 people, with 4 bunks in the back and sleeping options in the saloon. Great for a large cruising family.

With a beamy, high freeboard and, being a 44' ocean going boat optimised for windward/leeward sailing, this boat is built to handle the sea.

Impressively, Blast Furnace weighs 5.5 T in racing trim, with 3T of that weight in the keel, making it extremely stiff and able to achieve stunning upwind performance. The boats light weight, makes it very responsive and easy to manoeuvre in the marina, and a tight anchorage.

With the new rod rigging, swept back spreaders, modernised with dyneema, thimbles, and an extensive refit in 2016/17, this boat is in top shape and ready to take on any challenge.

Don't miss your chance to own this cruiser for you and your family.
