This boat will take you back to the first time you went planing in a small dinghy. Water gushing past and spraying through the air, the breeze whistling past your ears. With power on tap, this boat will take you back to that feeling, send adrenaline through your veins and thrills under your skin.

The P30 is optimized for shorthanded and fully crewed sailing and works in a wide range of offshore conditions. Easy transport, launching, low maintenance and a lot more keep running cost to a minimum.

Designer Hans Genthe is a short-handed racing veteran, with medals under his belt such as the Silverrudder, Kieler Woche, and many more. His vision for the P30 is to bring fast, fun carbon racing to more people across the globe at a more affordable price point.
Focusing on the emotion and excitement that comes from sailing a fast boat, the P30 design is both functional and futuristic in its technology. This boat brings together so many elements of what makes people love sailing. Speed, control, exhilaration, and a love for the ocean.

A masterpiece of engineering and technology, this boat is made from full carbon sandwich, with a carbon rig, carbon bowsprit and carbon keel fin with a lead bomb. The aerodynamic hull shape is designed for speed all round, with a flat stern section that meant the exit angle of the stern lines at heel is almost zero for a perfect planning shape.
Finished with high quality fittings, Karver self-tailing winches and multiple ratios for trimming, every aspect of this design has been thought out, evaluated and improved.

36 Degrees has the agency for bringing these boats into New Zealand, and we have created a package that will deliver a one design boat capable of inshore and coastal racing.
The cost advertised includes shipping, importation, commissioning, and assembly. The boat will be shipped to Auckland in a 40ft high top shipping container, fitted out with the electronics package and put in the water ready to go.
The package includes a basic racing interior, with pipe cots, a toilet, nav station and a cooker.
Electronics include a VHF, auto pilot, interior lights (red & white), wind speed and depth, nav lights, battery, and switchboard. A mainsail, jib, gennaker and a 6hp outboard are also included.

This is a really exiting boat that we are proud to be a part of, we are excited to grow this fleet as an addition to SSANZ and long-distance coastal races around the country.
