She was specifically designed for the rugged Cook Strait area to meet the demands of fishing, diving, and reaching those distant spots 

Powered by a well-proven Yanmar 6CXR530 shaft drive diesel, she cruises smoothly, effortlessly & economically at 16 knots with a maximum of 22kts making ‘Southern Right’ the perfect boat for reaching those hard-to-reach spots in no time. Manoeuvring is a breeze with her two-station steering and bow and stern thrusters. Her comprehensive array of navigation equipment means that those fish do not stand a chance!

Featuring a large cockpit area, you'll have no shortage of room to load all your fishing and diving gear, there is also a pot hauler on the aft deck. Also conveniently located on the outside deck, there is a head with a roomy toilet & shower.

Guests can spend the weekend away in comfort, ‘Southern Right’ features a large saloon with a spacious aft galley. the genset, heater, a TV with a satellite system all contribute to making guests’ stay more enjoyable.
