Bailey & Sons 60
We are pleased to welcome this stunning vessel SAMARA on the market.
Initially known as TE RAUPARAHA, she was built by Chas. Bailey and Sons Ltd in 1938 in New Zealand and was requisitioned in WWII as coastal patrol on the Northland Coast bearing the insignia of Q07.
SAMARA has been entirely manufactured and hand-rebuilt in the rules of the art in 2017-2018. Its main structure in Hard Kauri makes this boat a light boat while being unerringly robust. She has been extended with a swim platform of 1.4m. Detail work is exceptional.
Only the best equipment have been used during her refit who has been estimated over $950,000NZD. A survey is available.
The engine room is in pristine condition. The vessel is motorised with 2x300HP Cummins who have only 750h.
She has been featured with the latest generation Raymarine navigation system.
Layout is 3 double cabin, an Italian bathroom, a galley equipped with modern equipment (induction, oven, dishwasher, machine ice cube etc ...) a dressing, a laundry, an electrical cabinet.
The whole vessel is air-conditioned on inverter (heating too), solid wood floor and structure hand-worked, , 2 JABSCO deluxe electric toilets, hot water over 150 liters, outdoor shower, floor entirely in 2nd generation flexiteek, solar panel (self-sufficient boat).
