If you want that spacious feeling at sea – this boat has it! Designers have made a point to increase the living areas onboard, so practical touches and convertible spaces take this boat to the next level. For example, one swift tug and the saloon sofa turns into a bed, and all the cushions stay in place so there’s no messing about trying to store them. Voila – the saloon is now a guest room! There’s also a large owners cabin, wrap around windows from the helm, and mahogany woodwork which oozes warmth and comfort.

The classy-looking Trawler by Beneteau is the result of a joint effort between the clever folk of Beneteau, architect Michel Joubert and designer Pierre Frutschi. Having a semi-displacement hull means she’s very stable and comfortable at all speeds, and there’s plenty of space for your friends and family to relax and enjoy the ride. Features include the aft deck which has a built in swim ladder and stowage locker, the Flybridge galley for easy entertaining up top, and the large deck lounger for those lazy days at sea.

There’s also the following nice touches:

  • Electric hoist available for tender
  • 5-person saloon
  • Forward sun deck
  • 2-seater driving position
  • Life raft stowage
  • Removable cockpit bench
  • Wide access steps to the flybridge

Many Kiwis associate a Beneteau with the company’s well-known range of production yachts but, in fact, the French manufacturer’s roots lie in producing working fishing boats, right back to the 1880s.
